Consultation and Needs Analysis

CLED offers consultation services and will monitor and evaluate English language and teacher training programs for governmental and private organizations. Our highly-trained and experienced faculty has provided expert analyses and recommendations to client institutions in the U.S. and abroad, including the Philippines, Korea, Lebanon, Poland, Panama, the Dominican Republic, China, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

We also work with clients to assess their language training needs and conduct impact studies of existing training programs. Studies have been carried out in Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Mauritania, Cameroon, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and countries in the Western Pacific.
