TEFL Certificate Program Practicum Information
During the Fall 2012 semester, the practicum will be held over 5 Saturdays (November 3, 10, 17, and December 1, 8). This 5-day intensive program takes place at Georgetown University and includes class observation and teaching practice. During the practicum, trainees teach lessons using the principles learned in the online course. Each day's schedule will be from approximately 9 am to 5 pm.
Trainees must attend all five days of the Practicum. Students must have completed and/or be in good standing with all online coursework prior to beginning the practicum. This means that all past due written work must have been submitted as of one week prior to the starting date of the practicum.
GETTING TO GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY
